Ruty is a character in Dark Cloud. She is the owner of "Ruty's Store," the fish and bait store in Queens. Ruty is a young woman who wears a white scarf (which covers her short brown hair), a light blue blouse, and an apron with a sword fish on it. She has a friendly demeanor, and always greets her customers politely. Her best friend is Suzy.
